We are not going to fix any stuff that isn't related to PEPr on the
stagging site.
Except for testing PEPr, preview.pear.php.net shouldn't be used for
*anything*.

I think you need to apply the bug fixes to the "main" bug system here,
too. In this case, it's a simple fix :-)
