PEAR code sprint?

Hi all! On the last conference i got the idea of organizing a PEAR code sprint. For those who do not recognize a code sprint here a short definition (what I think about it): A code sprint is a meeting of developers, coding on common projects. I think, such an event could push development and mainly high quality development in PEAR. Since a hughe amount of PEAR devs are located in Europe, I think germany is a good place for a code sprint. Maybe we find some sponsor for location, etc. I currently just want to know, what you all think about that and if you're interessted. There is no detailed planning yet.
