APC2 is tested under Smarty, and works fine for plenty of folks. If you haven't already, please try the current CVS of APC from pecl. If that doesn't work for you, please let me know either here or by opening a bug (or just use TurckMM, you certainly don't have to use APC). GeorgeI don't see any postings from you regarding your APC problems.Well, I tried installing APC some while ago - and a colleague of mine tried recently. We both tried using APC with the PHP-versions we had installed (mine was a cgi-version of PHP 4.3.0 afaik, his was a module-version of PHP 4.3.4 that ships with Fedora Linux). We both managed to get APC compile. But when it came to loading and actually caching it seemed to be impossible to get APC running.
