I wrote a whole reply to this... then realised it was stupid. Because I use an array where the key is the ns qualifier, and the value the URI to it. It would require some quite nasty code IMO to allow this to change. Besides... who would use the "foaf" qualifier for anything else. The other qualifier are also standard accepted qualifiers. - Davey
