[PEPr] Welcome to last test stage (Life Test)

Hi pears! PEPr has reached the last test, which is a life test on http://pear.php.net. Several improvements have been implemented and the database has been cleaned up from the testing proposals. The cron job should work properly now. NOTICE: Davey has a (real) running proposal in PEPr. The testing phase will last until these proposal is finished. The proposals are taken _seriouse_. Please do not add new testing, but only real, proposals to PEPr from now on. Please vote and act seriouse on PEPr events. You can find PEPr now on http://pear.php.net (during test phase only visible if you're logged in). Feel free to run your proposals with PEPr, but this is not a must during test phase. For bug reports or questions, feel free to open a bug report (see links in PEPr) or contact me by email.
