In that case I would add it as a recomendation only. I think (I may be wrong)
there is a lot of code that doesn't follow it in pear (I know mine doesn't),
and changing that would be too traumatic.
And even more important, I really don't want to start another Studly Caps v/s
underscores flamewar. People get all happy and relaxed during holydays so it
wouldn't so much fun :)
