Both would work.
Net_IMAP should always work, while the Mail_IMAP depends on a php-module
that might not always be available. However, if it would be, it'd be a much
faster solution.
Personally, I'd go for the Mail_IMAP way, since it's both faster and offers
a lot more possibilities.
