In waiting your reactions, i was surprised to received two days before (Feb
8), the first mail [1]
then today the second mail [2].
After all, i'm not really surprised.
* First, by this "PEPr bug"
* Second, by PEAR community reaction that won't wote after Chuck Hagenbuch
's point of view (-1 without comment).
As he did not reply yet to my private mail, i used this mailing-list to give
him a message :
Ok i'm french, and sometimes i don't understand full Shakespeare language,
but don't forget that
an administrative document about handling package proposal is available at :
http://pear.php.net/group/docs/20030904-pph.php
i noticed, i quote :
"3. Votes
....
Therefore a -1 vote *must* contain a comment explaining that decision
..."
I'll finish by my own opinion.
I'm not a source-code robber. I won't become it. But when very good idea
exists and solutions
were already developped, but sometimes too restritive to a particular
solution, and need only
to be extends to be share for a more open (Source) World, i said i'm on it
!!!
I'd a new proposal to give
" A QuickForm Wizard : a mixed solution between my old SW4P, QFC, and
OOH_Form"
but i will keep it for mine. Because i've no "rights" to use my
Config_Registry ;-)
Best Regards
Laurent Laville

PEPr has automatically extended the voting time on
Configuration::Config_Registry until 2004-02-08 because there were not
enough votes, yet.
Please review the package and give your vote here:
http:///pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=18
Voting time is extended only once per proposal.PROPOSAL_EMAIL_POSTFIX
