Hey,
Source is now available at:
http://davey.is-a-geek.com/php-cvs/PEAR/PHP_Compatibility/Compatibility.src.php
The func_array.php file is just a HUGE (~6,800 element) array of PHP
functions/classes, the extension they belong to and the version they first appeared in.
Still working on the parseScript method, I just ran out of time before bed and wanted to show you *something*
PHP_Compatibility::parseFile() and PHP_Compatibility::parseFolder() both
work perfectly however (not static methods though).
You can find an example of each at:
http://davey.is-a-geek.com/php-cvs/PEAR/PHP_Compatibility/tests/test1.php
I hope you like it!
- Davey

Hey, I just wanted to know if some code I came up with would be of any use... maybe in PEAR_PackageFileManager to automatically detect version and extension dependencies? Or in the "pear package" command, it analyzes the files anyways, could do these additional checks too. http://davey.is-a-geek.com/php-cvs/PEAR/PHP_Compatibility/Compatibility.php?file=./compatibility.php<snip />
Anyway, comments etc are encouraged - Davey
