Bug description: Pear after-installation configuration mistake

The "Web Frontend of the PEAR Installer" file index.php has an error at
line 76 where a back-slash (it's a Windows system) is scaping a single
quote and causing the error:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in
c:\webapps\public_html\go-pear\index.php on line 76
The solution is to scape the backslash or use forward-slashes insted.
