Hi,
Stefan Neufeind (http://pear.php.net/user/neufeind) has commented on the proposal for XML::XML_XUL. Comment: I'm always impressed what cool standards are built around XML. But not surprised that it's Sebastian proposing this :-)) Seems you got my name wrong :-)I'm not Sebastian...
One interesting point imho might also be to be able to easily read an XUL-file, edit it and save it back - all one package, with a consistent API.This will be implemented through the factory, I just forgot to mention this in the planned features... Will be something like: obj XML_XUL_Document = XML_XUL::readDocument( string uri );
The package seems very interesting and might function as a good basis for e.g. another package which will use php-gtk or something to display the user-interfaces described.
But this should better be done in a separate package. I already thought about this, but this might become problematic as different languages may use different widgets...Stephan
