Perhaps an XML_GUI class could be created which will provide a common API for/convert between XUL, Glade and the forthcoming XAML from MS? As I stated in the mail to Stefan, this can be problematic in some cases.I'm not familiar but if a different XML format is concerned, this would be a job for XSLT. Stephan
