UK Validate Diff (Again)

Hi, Here's another diff for Validate_UK, this time for postcode. I noticed in Michael Dransfield's comments that he intended to add in "strong" support for check against a list of postcodes. I'm not sure if this list is supposed to be exhaustive, but I've modified the code to change the regex if the strong parameter is set to true. This regex takes into account postcodes that do not occur in the Royal Mail list, by excluding unused letters in certain locations. There's also a minor CS change -- I "tainted" the source with a couple of tabs in the ni function, so these have now been replaced with spaces. Regards, David
