[PEPr] Comment on PEAR::Error_Stack

Lorenzo Alberton (http://pear.php.net/user/quipo) has commented on the proposal for PEAR::Error_Stack. Comment: Even if it won't replace PEAR_Error from the moment it gets into pear, I hope it'll be at least included in the main pear package, so we can use this great package immediately. The push/pop approach is nice and easy to use, and having a standalone class for error mgmt (instead of having to parse the whole PEAR base class as well) is certainly welcome.
