Me four^H^H^H^Htoo! :-) In reality any of the 2 days will do. May 3, 5pm is about 8 am here on

the West
Coast of USA [1], and May 4, 7pm will be 10 am here (San Diego) [2].

May 3 is the best option for me too. I suggest we do it on the 3rd. Would Monday the 3rd 18:00 be possible? This gives the workshop people some time to travel from the RAI building after the workshop and squeeze in some dinner.
Would that be enough time? I don't know where in Amsterdam this'll be exactly(Singel 468 as on www.terena.nl ?), but unless you plan to drive everyone there, you're gonna have to stuff a group of PEARies into a tram and ship'm downtown for half an hour, and still expect them to have time to stand in line at the McD or the Burger King? Monday evening 18:00 sounds like rush hour, and the GVB(Dutch Trams) are already slow as fsck ;) I thought the workshop finished at 16:30 (http://www.phpconference.com/proxy/proxy.php?CatID=0&NewsID=374). But I guess people need to wrap things up etc etc, so yes 6PM might be a bit early. From last year I know these gatherings can tke quite long and I don't want to stay in the office too late. I suggest we finish before 21:30. If we then start at 18:30 it's still 3 hours which should be plenty.
Oh, and count me in as well, since I'm also Amsterdam-native :) I'm not. Which is why I'd like the meeting to not finish too late so I can still be home at a reasonable time :-)
