Re: PEPr manual

Hi Toby, Sorry late response, I guess the manual is clear enough to explain about PEPr for new maintainer. But, I didn't see where the guide of vote mechanism, because I unable to vote any package, whatever I logged in or not. The box just said "only full feature logged in can be vote" (sorry if I'm wrong). So my question is! Which account that has full feature? Is my account has full feature? maybe someday other new maintainer will ask the same question. Thanks and have a nice day.
