The functionality of the File_SMBPasswd was integrated into the
File_Passwd package, but File_SMBPasswd was there before File_Passwd and
it's used for an Auth-Container.
If the Auth-Containter was modified for using File_Passwd, then the
File_SMBPasswd package could be marked as deprecated.
