Should we announce this event on pear.php.net? For the IRC part of the meeting it should no problem to have some people w/ ops monitoring for spammers and misconduct. For the meatspace meeting, you guys will just need to control yourselves :-) If there is an announcement, make sure to indicate that the time is the local time in Amsterdam.
