[PEPr] Changes in proposal for Database::DB_Table

Paul Jones (http://pear.php.net/user/pmjones) has edited the proposal for Database::DB_Table. Change comment: DB_Table now supports HTML_QuickForm rules for elements derived from table columns, and supports setting of default values for QuickForm elements. Documentation for these is also complete. Except for (1) automated discovery of existing table definitions, and (2) automated alteration of tables to match the class table definitions, DB_Table is now feature-complete. I expect to move it to beta, unless serious bug reports come in.
