Sounds indeed like the best idea to get the most important items done. Should voting be open to all of pear-dev, or just those going to the meeting? With all the IRC'ers around, the first would probably be best. Also, did we ever get a WiKi set up somewhere? I remember complaining about how Paulkept breaking it, but we never did get an URL to it :) Cipri
