Well, you know the joke ("What do you call someone who speaks more than one language? Multilingual. What about someone who speaks only one language? Got it. Some of those rules are implemented in PEPr as a system, but they don't seem to be stated in the documentation. These two pages have some rules on them...I was referring to the collection of rules like "One has to get at least 5 +1 votes" or "A voting lasts n days.". Not sure if rule type is the right term.Politically I like the "rules" that have emerged around PEAR. The coding standards are outstanding, PEPr and the associated rule type is a absolutely great thing and I also fully support most of the decisions by the Group. What do you mean when you say "rule type"?
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/developers.contributing.php http://pear.php.net/manual/en/developers.faq.colorrepresentation.php http://pear.php.net/manual/en/standards.php... but are they they sum total? (If such a resource does not exist, it might be good to create one.) Sorry to get off track there, you can reply privately if you like, or maybe it would be better to start a new thread. -- Paul M.
