Zend got a good IDE, Kdevelop should do the job too, Maguma has also a tool
(http://www.maguma.com/english/product_techoverview.html).
And I don t really see the utility of an online editor, do you mean edit code directly on the prod
server ;) ?

Oh. Already done, and in php, take a look at freshmeat (something like php online editor).
And globally you have lot of ideas, in many directions, maybe it will be a good idea to start at the
beginning ? :)
