It would be very handy to have the name of the package (displayed above
the bug) linked to the package so that it would be easy to go from the bug
report to the package.
The current setup seems to count on the fact that the visitor comes from
the package homepage. When clicking on a link to a bug report on pear-dev,
for example, it is highly unlikely that they in fact do. ;-)
