Could someone write a HOWTO on this, I spent a while this afternoon trying to
get an enviroment that would let me test the docs I wrote, and also had to
work out the right command to get phpdoc to do things right.
I'm willing to do this, but I'm not sure when I'll have the time available to
do it.
