... doesn't work out of the box because of two missing files.
1) Archive/Tar.php (not included); has this to be copied by hand
everytime I checkout a new cvs?
2) PEAR/Registry.php : is included in php4/pear/PEAR but is
missing in Makefile.in and therefore not installed
