He has a PEAR account - and has done since 2001 - obviously he has that for a reason. Just because he is not actively working on any single package, does not mean he is not a developer - he could be a serial patcher ;) Anyway, I know Kenneth from IRC, and would trust his judgement on this :) - Davey
