Hi,
Because in XML_Transformer I need to run XML_Util::attributesToString() on strings that will be "broken" XML_Util::replaceEntities() since at the time attributesToString() is called the entities were already replaced.
OK, I'll apply the patch with some slight modifications to let the user choose, which entities to replace, as some people also might want to only replace &, < and ", others might want to replace &, <, >, " and ' and some might want to replace all htmlspecialchars. Stephan
