it will survive :) but hopefully moved someday to /pear. As Cache.xml
states, i'm the official maintainer of the Cache-classes (oha). therefore,
as soon as the pear.php.net webpage and the PEAR::Installer is ready, i
will move the stuff to /pear. I think, at the moment too many people rely
on this class to move it right now.
