Whoa, Date options missing as of CVS 1.26

I'm trying to add Norbert's crosslink features to the newest CVS version of FormBuilder and I noticed that the types no longer with the newest DataObject and the date stuff is gone. Looking in CVS, it looks like when you checked in my patches you lost those changes....no idea how that happened as my patches had nothing to do with those lines. I've prepared a patch that puts this stuff back in. It also puts in initial support for crosslinks and triplelinks. This works with preDefElements and elementsToRender even. :-) It's a bit clunky, but it's not too much extra processing overhead I think. There should be no BC breaks here.
