Adding the following check to swapOptions will allow html_quickform to work with multi-select

."        ctl = frm.form[grpName+'['+i+']'];\n"
."        if (ctl == null) {\n"
."            ctl = frm.form[grpName+'['+i+'][]'];\n"
."        }\n"

Of course the next level is still only populated off the first option selected so it doesn't work quite how you would expect with multiple levels of multi-select but at least it works. -josh
