Hello,
I would like to mak a call for votes for the following proposal:
<http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=81>,
but i can't
find an option in my proposal for this. In the document about "Handling
package proposals" (<http://pear.php.net/group/docs/20030904-pph.php>)
is written of an email to the PEAR group list and developer list, but i
can't find any formal rules about it. Need i some upgrade in my PEAR
account?
