I have the same problem. About a week ago I have added my proposal, but nobody votes for it: http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=82 And I do not see button which allow to start vote process. ("Voting is only enabled during 'Call for votes phase'." - what does it mean?).Same here. Edit your proposal and _read_ what's written below the "Save" button. Your proposal is currently only a draft. First you have to propose it to the community by switching to "proposal phase". After a given timespan you may switch to "vote phase", where people may vote.
