Hmm, we should try to not implement features in PHP_Compat that don't
exist in PHP yet :-)) But if it's really sure that this feature will
be in an upcoming PHP-release (and if you can tell for sure in which
release it will be) then in this case imho we might make an
exception. However, we should prevent to add something to PHP_Compat
that will work different from the implementation when it is placed in
the real PHP-release that includes this feature.
