The PEAR meeting this year is a while ago and AFAIK we decided to have a PEAR Wiki on http://wiki.pear.php.net / http://pearwiki.php.net. AFAIK Paul Jones (creator of Yawiki) has a wiki with PEAR content in place. IMHO we should use Yawiki for the PEAR Wiki, since it uses a huge amount of our classes. For those who are not familiar with it, you can see the "official" Yawiki site here...
http://yawiki.com/... and try out a Sandbox here:
http://wiki.ciaweb.net/yawiki/index.php?area=SandboxIn addition to being almost completely built with PEAR components, Yawiki has a simple access control list, supports multiple sub-wikis (called "areas") -- and each "area" has an AreaMap that allows you to create hierarchical navigational elements for the sub-wiki (generating "tabs" in the default theme).
1. Set up a Yawiki on the desired domain. 2. Make the style look "pear like".Yawiki does support themes, both for header/footer and navigational elements.
3. Have the authentication migrated to be PEARWeb auth. Can it be extended from PEAR Auth? Not sure what PEARWeb auth looks like...
If everyone agree's, I'd ask Martin to set that stuff up (if help is needed, I'm sure Paul can assist, right?).I would be ecstatic. =D -- Paul M.
