And with an attitude like this, it never will be. The standards were set up
for a reason, and that reason was not to to keep the pear developers off the
street and busy fixing their code, but to keep the code in PEAR nice and
uniform, following a single, good, CS.
"He didn't do it either" is not an excuse not to follow CS.
