It would be nice if you could file a bug on pear.php.net about this issue. At the moment, I was said you can download the package using <http://pear.php.net/get/Config-1.10.2> instead. BTW, I already reported this myself but I am not sure anybody cares in the PEAR project, you know, people are very busy there and they don't have too much time to fix these kind of problems. For example, for almost a year now, we receive 20 spams a day on the PEAR-CVS list and the guy who manages the list still hasn't fixed that. So don't dream about this being fixed and use the workaround. I guess other developers on PEAR don't receive this kind of reports because their packages suck so much that nobody downloads them.
