[PEPr] Comment on PDF::PDF_PageExtractor

Stefan Neufeind (http://pear.php.net/user/neufeind) has commented on the proposal for PDF::PDF_PageExtractor. Comment: I'm also in favor of having *one* PDF-read-class. There are other tools out which allow reading of PDFs, extracting texts and images, reordering pages or even encrypting a PDF etc. For sure that's a bunch of work - but it would be a really complete and cool library. Also it would be nice if extracting/parsing would allow modifying of existing PDFs (adding pages, or even just adding text to a page) and saving it again.
