Text_CAPTCHA might be okay in my eyes, though it might suggest the package deals (only) with ASCII and not images - but that's just a small side-effect. I'm not too much in favor of just CAPTCHA since if I remember correctly a while back we wanted to avoid one-word-packages where possible and instead extend them by some kind of category.
