This is what I propose as well ... a similar look between the two sites.

I'm working from a checked out copy of pearweb. I've only added files, and
not modified anything yet ... mostly because I'm wondering whether
commonHeader() should replace response_header() or what. Stig can maybe
shed some light on this. And let me know if I should commit.
