Justin Patrin (http://pear.php.net/user/justinpatrin) has commented on the proposal for Util::Util_Observable. Comment: Putting interfaces in a group all their own makes perfect sense to me. Interface/Observer.php => Interface_Observer. Pattern would also work. Having these in "normal" groups, such as Util is a bad idea as many packages in many groups could implement these interfaces.
