John Downey (http://pear.php.net/user/aztek) has commented on the proposal for w3c::w3c. Comment: Perhaps this could work with automation if you were to parse the namespace DTD files. This would open up the class to all XML based technologies not just those introduced by the w3c. Though I do agree this could probably all be done by PHP's DOM extension.
