On Dec 10 2003 I asked for CVS account for both Validate/
and Numbers_Words. I have got only partial access, and it was not
for Numbers_Words. And I need Numbers_Words access since
there are some language translators with CVS access - they
could update the translated Numbers_Words files directly in CVS.
(e.g. "Kouber Saparev" <kouber at php.net> ...).
On January 7 2004 I tried to check if I have the CVS rights.
The 'cvs add/commit' did not work ...
I would not imagine that I have access to 'import' command,
if I got no access rights to add (it is a type of security bug I think).
As anyone knows, after 'cvs import' - 'cvs commit' still does not work :).
I have read about 'cvs import' somehere in CVS docs ...
