Here are the changes I have made for my packages:

New lead is Klaus Guenther (thesaur)

Removed Adam Daniel as a lead (adaniel)

But as I said, it is time IMO for a new Config2 PHP5 package which could benefit
from a lighter API.

No news from Gerrit Götsch, so if anyone is interested, please stand up.
I haven't updaded the package.xml files so I left this up to the new
