* Added rudimentary namespaces support (new section in the proposal
Description as well)
* PHP5's Expat bug workaround now eats less memory (still hungry though)
* Removed the XML_Indexing_Reader::create() factory method
* Added an option for zlib-compressing the indexes
* Fixed a bug about the default temporary directory
* Updated documentation headers
