I'm not sure if there's an _official_ listing of them, but here are my
definitions ;)
- lead: has authority to roll a release, is fully responsible for the
package.
- dev: someone who regularly contributes to the package.
- helper: someone who occasionally contributes major patches, or who has
contributed something of extraordinary value.
People who submit small patches don't need to be recognized except in the cvs
log and perhaps release notes.
