PEAR::SOAP isn't actively maintained. If you want this bug fixed, I
suggest you track it down in the code and fix it yourself. That will
probably be the fastest way to get something done.
If you provide a patch, someone will merge your fix back into the main
code base.
If you cannot do this, I suggest filing a bug report with a *simple*
test case. Then someone may look at it and try to fix it.
