serious problem

Hi, PEAR 1.3.3.1 is going to be delayed indefinitely because I've lost my unix station due to hardware/software issues. Greg P.S. Anyone considering buying a Gateway computer - think twice. I have a desktop that I paid more than $2000 for just over a year ago, and the onboard ethernet has failed. They won't replace it even though I paid another $300 for a 3-year extended warranty. They also won't provide a disk for the MS Word that came pre-installed, and so I can't re-install the OS without losing it altogether. The list is long and unresolvable, and I'm never going to patronize them again. I can get service like that for less than a quarter of the price. My e-machines laptop works great, however, so development on PEAR 1.4.0 can continue.
