Turck MMCache doesn't work properly with PHP5 (or 4.3.9 or 4.3.10). And I
heard a rumor (so take it as one) that the author had been hired by Zend, so
it's likely to not be updated as frequently as it should. Note that the last
release on sf.net [1] is more than a year old.
The good news is eAccelerator [2]. It picks up development of MMCache where
it left off. And I'm happy to say it works with 4.3.9 and 4.3.10 and is
reported to work with PHP5.
