Is it possible to include some basic info for trackbacks on this page
to help noobs understand what are these good for and how to use them
properly?
I can not understand who is issuing a trackback and who is responsible
for initial connection. Does PEAR website ping blogs to say "new
package info is available" or it is blog, who pings and tells PEAR
package what it has new blog entry available for viewing?
Also what are the reasons why not to include Trackback URL on main
package page in section titled "more information" instead of having
empty new page?
