Is there going to be a problem with UPS EULA and distributing a PEAR library?
UPS's lawyers may be a concern. Has anyone seen this page from the developer of the perl module in Business::Shipping?

After wasting 2/3 of a day yesterday recovering UPS's Worldship software after it crashed and lost all my company's information, I would love to help with a package in PEAR that works better. It would be great to see the Package inlcude Fedex, DHL, etc, so when one carrier provides bad service it would be easy to switch.
